Connecticut Behavioral Health Partnership

Welcome to the CT Behavioral Health Partnership. You can use this site to find information on accessing and providing HUSKY behavioral health and support services.

CT BHP is a partnership that consists of the Department of Social Services (DSS), the Department of Children and Families (DCF), and the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS). Consultation is provided to the CT BHP by a legislatively mandated Oversight Council. Carelon Behavioral Health serves as the Partnership's Administrative Services Organization (ASO).
